The education level of apprentices is decreasing but at the same time our economic needs qualified apprentices. This micro learning course will focus on explaining the whole apprentices’ recruitment process from communication to the job interview and creating an inspiring working place to increase apprentices’ motivation and competences. The following questions will be answered:
How and where can I find qualified apprentices? How do I check the qualifications of apprentices? How can I make an apprenticeship exiting? Which kind of training can I provide to apprentices? How can I motivate my apprentices? What can I do to prevent them from leaving apprenticeship early?
